Registration
CICLOBCN21 will have a in person and virtual format and, with regard to the the first case, all the necessary security measures will be guaranteed in accordance with the COVID-19 protocols set at any given time. As the protocols are adapted according to the evolution of the pandemic, it could be that in the event that the situation gets worse in the coming days, all participants will be asked for a vaccination certificate or, failing that, an antigen test to access the congress venue. At the moment this measure is not planned, but if this were finally the case we would notify you as soon as possible.
The in person capacity is 70% and for this reason a virtual platform has been enabled for those who want to follow the three congresses virtually.
The use of a mask is mandatory.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you are an in-person participant, you may change or cancel your registration in the following cases:
- Up to 1 September you can switch to digital registration and you will be refunded for the difference.
- After 2 September you can change to digital registration, but you will not be refunded for the difference. Only in the event of Covid restrictions in your country or serious illness will the difference be refunded.
In all other cases there will be no refund after 2 September.
If the organisers need to cancel the on-site congress, the difference between the on-site fee and the digital fee will be refunded to all participants.
